Basic Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum dealer order $200.
2. All orders are to be paid by credit card or cash at the time of your order being shipped.
3. All shipments F.O.B. our Northridge, California warehouse.
4. No returns without prior authorization.
5. Customer pays shipping on all returned items. There will be no restocking charge as long as the goods are received by us in the same condition as we had originally shipped.
6. We will issue you a credit for all returned items, which can be used on any other available merchandise. No cash refunds.
7. Shipments made within the 48 continental United States only, unless other arrangements are made.
8. Deliveries to non-commercial addresses will incur a small shipping surcharge, even on free freight deals.
9. Samples available upon request. All samples, plus shipping, will be charged for. If an order is placed based on your approval of the sample, sample merchandise charges will be deducted from the invoice.
10. Product availability subject to change without notice.
11. Due to the differences in monitors, browsers, cameras, photographers, and item packaging, pictures may not look exactly like actual product and packaging.
12. As we all know, typographical errors do occasionally occur. In advance, we apologize for any inconvenience these typos may cause.
